KL Rahul became the only Indian batsman to score a century on a debut match in ODI when made 100 (Not out) on 115 balls against Zimbabwe in 2016.
Suspended by BCCI for controversial remarks
During the Australia tour in January 2019, KL Rahul as well as Hardik Pandya made controversial remarks in the TV show Koffee with Karan for which both the players were suspended by BCCI. Both had to leave the tour midway. They also got dropped from the New Zealand series though 2 weeks later the suspension was lifted.
